Time Dedicated to the Deeper Work of Health

Some conversations deserve more than an appointment can hold.

MindStream retreats give us the opportunity to spend a day immersed in a particular area of health, with time for education, conversation, shared experiences, and connection.

Brain Health Retreat

September 16, 2026 | 9:00 AM–3:00 PM
Copper Beech Farm | Nashville, Tennessee

What influences cognitive health as we age, and how can we use what we know now to care for the brain for the years ahead?

Our Brain Health Retreat brings that conversation to our community for a full day with Dr. Neff on her working regenerative farm. We'll explore current thinking around cognitive decline, personal risk, nutrition, and both traditional and integrative approaches to brain health.

The day includes guided group discussion, a brain-supportive lunch, a movement practice, time on the farm, and an optional sauna experience.
